Services
The Men Of Cave provides digital presence services for small businesses, including website creation or audits, Google Business Profile support, social media setup, content support, SEO improvements, and ongoing digital growth management.
Service Agreements
Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, and cancellation terms may be outlined in separate proposals, invoices, contracts, or service agreements. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement will control.
Payments
Payments are due according to the payment terms specified in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. We may pause or suspend work for overdue payments.
Cancellations
Digital Presence Setup is a one-time service. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage of work completed. Growth Partnership services may be cancelled according to the notice period stated in your service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials created for you as part of a paid project may be used by your business after final payment is received. The Men Of Cave retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, frameworks, code libraries, and reusable systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Men Of Cave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our website or services.
